Delivery & shipping to the USA
and other countries worldwide

For order amounts of $400 we will ship your products free of charge using DHL, Fedex, UPS or Airmail. For orders below that amount, the standard shipping costs are $30.

At checkout you will be presented with the delivery options available for you. Express production and delivery will always be an option. Please choose the "express delivery" option at checkout for the fastest delivery of your items.

The standard delivery time for our custom-made jeans is between 4-5 weeks. If you have placed your order with express delivery, then we deliver your jeans within approximately 2-3 weeks. Slight delays may occur during certain periods or during sales promotions.

Your jeans will be professionally packaged in wrinkle-free plastic to avoid damage. When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail from jeansmeup.com with tracking information allowing you to follow your order.

Please note that for delivery to the United States and other countries, local taxes and/or VAT may be charged by customs or the logistics company. If that is the case, please pay the invoice and send us a digital copy of the invoice by email (info@massjeans-online.ch). We will be happy to provide you with a credit for that amount against any future purchase from jeansmeup.com

We cannot be held responsible for losses, any inconvenience incurred, costs or other problems resulting from late deliveries.
 

Shipping to countries of the European Union and UK
